How much gas should I leave in my car?
Due to weight restrictions, we recommend you leave at least 1/4th of your gas tank fuel so we can transfer your vehicle with no issues or extra charges. If you have problems with the carrier at the time of the pick-up, you can contact us.
What should I do to prepare my car for transport?
- Remove all loose parts.
- Remove or secure all fragile accessories.
- Remove or secure all attached accessories.
- Remove toll transponder (if any)
- Disable all alarm systems installed.
- Wash your vehicle properly so we can accurately check your vehicle’s car condition.
- Make sure you do not have more than 100 lbs of personal items inside your vehicle.
- Make sure you provide the carrier with your vehicle keys.
How to know my pick-up date and time?
As soon as a carrier is assigned to pick up your vehicle, we will inform you of your pick-up details. You will receive a call from our representative for the estimated pick-up and delivery dates and the carrier’s name and phone number. Moreover, we will also email you all the information so you can coordinate with the carrier directly. If you have questions, you can contact us.
Is it possible to change my First Available Pick-up Date?
Yes, you can. If you want to change your First Available Pick-up Date after booking, all you need to do is to contact us. However, if you want to change the schedule after a carrier is assigned for pick-up and cannot accommodate the changes, your deposit would be considered non-refundable.
But if you want to change your First Available Pick-up Date before booking, you can always generate a new quote with your preferred pick-up date.
Do I need a vehicle title or registration?
No, we do not need any paperwork from your side. All we need is a shipping contract with your signature, vehicle keys, and a representative above 18 years old to sign the BOL after the vehicle inspection.
